Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Timeline

All items at The Trunk Collection are curated and produced on a made to order basis via our pre order system.

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and prepared for shipment.

  • Delivery: Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), The Trunk Collection is no longer responsible for the package.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Any issues regarding delayed delivery, missing packages, or items marked as "delivered" but not received must be resolved directly with the carrier.

  • Incomplete Addresses: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your pre order is ready to head your way, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once the label is created.
