At The Trunk Collection, we take pride in the functional design and quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or transit delays.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Trunk Collection is no longer liable for the package.

  • The risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

  • Any delivery disputes must be handled directly with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Product Inspection & Minor Variations

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Decorative Hardware: Our signature palm tree zipper pulls are decorative elements. If a decorative pull becomes detached but the zipper track remains fully functional, the item is not considered defective or damaged.

  • Minor Defects: Should you receive an item with a significant structural defect that prevents the bag from being used for its intended purpose, you must contact us at thetrunkcollectionhq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Any resolutions for structural defects are handled at our sole discretion and may include a store credit rather than a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrived structurally damaged (e.g., a torn seam or broken zipper track), please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue on a case by case basis to ensure your experience with our brand remains a positive one.

Non Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can we accept returns or offer credits for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.

  • Final sale or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.
